One massage a month is a good frequency if you’re using the sessions for preventative care or to reduce daily stress. If you’re suffering from chronic tightness or you have some kind of injury, you might find that once a week is more preferable. There are many people who find they can maximise the therapeutic relief of massage by going at least twice a month.
No, simply undress to whatever level you feel comfortable with. Some of our clients prefer to be completely undressed, some prefer to keep their undergarments on. You will be securely covered by a blanket and a sheet when the massage starts, and you can change in our private changing area.
We make sure our clients are comfortable during their massage, you will be draped or covered at all times. No part of your body will be uncovered without your consent and if you are uncomfortable at any point during the session you should tell your therapist.
