One massage a month is a good frequency if you’re using the sessions for preventative care or to reduce daily stress. No, simply undress to whatever level you feel comfortable with. Some of our clients prefer to be completely undressed, some prefer to keep their undergarments on. You will be securely covered by a blanket and a sheet when the massage starts, and you can change in our private changing area.
